  I had my initial consultation this morning and am an extremely nervous patient. I was welcomed at the practice by Penny who was so kind and made me a coffee to calm my nerves!! - Thank you penny. I never thought I would ever write about such a fabulous experience at the dentist!! Everybody was so kind and made me feel at ease. Derek was extremely professional and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He has a great sense of humour and for the very first time ever I am looking forward to my next appointment and being able to smile confidently when the dental work is finished.
